01Why crush on site

Every truckload you cart away costs you twice

Tip fees on the way out, new aggregate on the way back in, and a queue of trucks through the gate all week. On-site crushing deletes all three lines from the budget.

Recycling King has spent 20 years in the recycling industry, and the maths has never changed: clean demolition concrete is not waste, it is road base that has not been crushed yet. We bring the RM 70GO! 2.0 to your project, crush concrete, brick, asphalt and rock where it sits, and stockpile graded, compactable material exactly where you need it next.

The difference you will notice is the honesty of the metering. The crusher weighs every tonne on its onboard scale as it works, so you are billed on actual production, as low as $8 per tonne on higher-tonnage jobs, not a day rate that runs whether material moves or not. The product belongs to you: reuse it as fill, base and sub-base, or keep it for the next stage.

And because the machine moves at 24 tonnes on a standard float, there are no oversize permits, no escorts and no convoy costs baked into your mobilisation. That is why no job is too big or too small: small stockpiles stack up at per-tonne rates, and big programs get tier-one compliance, fully licenced under a Queensland Environmentally Relevant Activity (ERA), with usage reporting for your project records.

02Two-stage processing

Built for tough, mixed material

Not all demolition and construction material arrives ready for a crusher. Oversized concrete slabs, tangled rebar and mixed C&D debris need breaking down first. Recycling King runs a two-stage mobile setup, so it takes material straight off site, however mixed or oversized, and hands back clean, reusable product in one continuous process.

Stage 01

Komplet Krokodile

Mobile shredder · the muscle

The Krokodile tears through oversized concrete, embedded rebar and contaminated debris, getting raw, mixed C&D material down to a manageable, crusher-ready size and stripping out the contamination that would jam or wear a crusher.

Stage 02

RUBBLE MASTER RM 70GO! 2.0

Impact crusher · the precision

The pre-processed material feeds straight into the RM 70GO! 2.0, which does the precision work: crushing it to spec-compliant aggregate or RAP, graded to 5 mm or 10 mm and weighed on the onboard scale, ready to reuse.

Material straight off site, no matter how mixed or oversized, turned into a clean, reusable product in one continuous process. No double-handling, no sorting delays, and no loads turned away because they are too hard.

Per tonne

Compact impact crusher · the precision machine

RM 70GO! 2.0

Crushes finer, graded to 5 mm or 10 mm, at up to 140 tonnes an hour. The onboard scale meters every tonne produced, so you pay on actual output, as low as $8/tonne on higher-tonnage jobs.

Crush and screen · by the hour

Krokodile + Kleemann

The Komplet Krokodile shredder-crusher (pictured) feeds the Kleemann screen to size the product, hired by the hour for routine crushing and screening. Simple and reliable for jobs that do not need the precision unit.

05How it works

On site and crushing the same day

Mobile crushing is simpler than carting material off and trucking base back in. Four steps from your call to reusable road base on the ground.

  1. 01

    Tell us the job

Site location, the material, rough volume and access. We confirm timings and give you a firm price, no call centre.

  2. 02

    We mobilise

The RM 70GO! 2.0 arrives on a standard trailer and is set up and crushing in about 20 minutes, working in with your site induction and traffic plan.

  3. 03

    Crush on site

Concrete, brick, asphalt and rock fed in by your excavator, up to 140 tonnes an hour, with reinforcing steel liberated and separated as it runs.

  4. 04

    Reuse the product

Clean, graded, compactable road base stockpiled where you need it, ready to reuse as fill, base and sub-base. Less carted away, less carted in.

07Common questions

Straight answers

Recycling King provides mobile concrete crushing and construction and demolition recycling across South-East Queensland (Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Gold Coast and Toowoomba) and New South Wales (Sydney, Western Sydney, the Central Coast and Newcastle).

The RM 70GO! 2.0 processes concrete, asphalt and rock into reusable base and sub-base material. It handles reinforced concrete, liberating and separating the reinforcing steel from the crushed aggregate.

Recycling King runs a two-stage process. The Komplet Krokodile mobile shredder breaks down oversized concrete slabs, tangled rebar and mixed construction and demolition debris into a manageable, crusher-ready size. That pre-processed material then feeds straight into the RUBBLE MASTER RM 70GO! 2.0 impact crusher, which crushes it to spec-compliant aggregate or RAP. The result is material taken straight off site, no matter how mixed or oversized, turned into clean, reusable product in one continuous process, with no double-handling, no sorting delays and no loads turned away as too hard.

Yes. This is exactly what the two-stage setup is built for. The Komplet Krokodile shredder tears through oversized slabs, embedded rebar and contaminated debris that would jam or wear a crusher, then the RM 70GO! 2.0 crushes the pre-processed material to a graded, spec-compliant product. Tough, mixed material that other operators turn away is handled in one on-site process.

The RM 70GO! 2.0 has a throughput of up to 140 tonnes per hour, which is high for a compact, single-operator machine.

The RM 70GO! 2.0 moves on the same trailer as a standard excavator and goes from trailer to crushing in about 20 minutes, with no special hand tools required.
